This project has a planned GFA of 2,123 sq.m and comprises the following:

1. Renovate the existing warehouse to be new production building: GFA is 2123 sq.m
2. Build new 2 stories Office/Showroom/Canteen: GFA is 1000 sq.m
3. New ASRS Warehouse 1500 sq.m
4.  New external pavement and fence

Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd provides Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, and Structural Site Supervision to the project.
