The project is located on a midtown area of Bangkok, at Sukhumvit-Rama IV Junction in Phra Khanong District. The land plot lies between Sukhumvit Soi 46 and Rama IV Road next to BTS – Prakanong Station and has a size of 2,122 sq.m (1 Rai – 1 Ngan – 30.5 sq.wa).
The project development will comprise a 6-storey office building with 2 levels of basement for car parking. The gross floor area (GFA) of the project will be approximately 6,419 m2 and 3,300 sq.m for office and parking areas respectively. Total GFA, therefore, will be approximately 9,719 sq.m.
