Nestle Project Nine will be located in a land plot of 20,173 m2 in Navanakorn Industrial zone, Pathumthani, Thailand. The project is to demolish all existing buildings and build a new manufacturing facility as a Green field factory including Process, Filling & Packing, CUB, Waste Water Treatment, Warehouse, Amenities, Car Parking, Fence, Site Drainage, Internal Road, Passages to facilitate new manufacturing of products of Nestlé. The project is based on a green field concept (demolishing all existing and build all new) which will have a total of 16,000 – 19,000 m2 of building area with Electrical System: 5.2 MW and HVAC System: 1000 TR.
