Meinhardt has been commissioned to provide Civil & Structural, MEP engineering services, and Construction Site Supervision to the Intercity Motorway M6 and M81 projects. Meinhardt will provide consulting engineering services for Toll Gantry, Toll Canopy, Toll Control Building, and Central Control Building.

The Bang Pa-In – Nakhon Ratchasima Intercity Motorway (M6) project covers approximately 196 km. in total with 9 toll plazas, a Central Control Building (CCB), 10 interchanges, 1 service center, 2 service areas and 5 rest stops located along the project route. While the Bang Yai – Kanchanaburi Motorway (M81) project is a newly constructed alignment with 8 toll plazas, a Central Control Building (CCB), 8 interchanges, and 3 rest stops with a total length of approximately 96 km.

Each toll area of the motorway has its own entrance and exit. The entrance is in the form of a multi-lane free-flow (MLFF) gantry and the exit is currently in the form of a toll booth.
