Hitachi Energy is investing 455 million THB ($14 million USD) to expand its transformer factory in Thailand to meet rising global demand. The project will increase the factory’s production capacity by 60%, upgrade technology for efficient and sustainable production, and modernize the power transformer test lab. The expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

Meinhardt Thailand is providing Civil & Structural, MEP engineering design, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Construction Management services to the project.
