98 Wireless, the luxury high rise condominium by Sansiri Public Company Limited recently became LEED Certified™ under LEED New Construction version 2009. Meinhardt Thailand was the project’s LEED consultant. It is the first-ever LEED certified multifamily residential project in Thailand to achieve certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Several sustainable strategies were employed to make the project unique in Thailand’s luxury condominium market.
