The Marvel Project, located in the Rojana Nong Yai Industrial Estate in Chonburi, is a landmark development for Pringles Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. Scheduled for completion in December 2025, the facility spans an impressive 64,000 square meters of gross floor area on a 120-Rai site, with a planned footprint of approximately 77,000 square meters. This project is designed to support large-scale production and operational efficiency while meeting international standards for sustainability and performance.

The Marvel Project integrates multiple functional areas essential for streamlined operations. These include spaces for material preparation, production, and packaging, as well as warehouses for raw and finished goods. The development also features an office and canteen to support staff welfare, a utility block, and a wastewater treatment plant to maintain environmental compliance. Supporting infrastructure such as guard houses, internal roads, and perimeter fencing completes the site layout, creating a secure and efficient industrial environment.
