This project has a planned GFA of 5,686 m2 on land plot of 1127.7 m2 with total 8 floors and 1 basement, located on Sukhumvit 53 Bangkok. This residence, featuring multiple living areas, a spa, salons, gym, extensive dining and bar spaces, a rooftop pool, and an urban garden, aims to redefine luxury and entertainment in Southeast Asia. The goal is to create a luxurious retreat that seamlessly blends natural elements with advanced technology. This fusion will result in a timeless design, customized to our client’s unique style.
