This mixed-use project in Russian Boulevard, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, represents a significant development by Chip Mong Land Co. Ltd. The comprehensive engineering services for the project were provided by Meinhardt Thailand, covering Civil & Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Façade engineering design. The architectural design was skillfully executed by Aedas. The entire construction process was successfully concluded in 2023.

The building stands as an impressive structure with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 120,856 square meters, spreading across 45 storeys. The inclusion of 2 levels of basement adds both functionality and convenience, providing space for vehicle parking.

The development includes a 300-key hotel, with the prestigious Fairfield by Marriott brand occupying this space. This aspect not only contributes to the hospitality sector in the region but also enhances the overall stature of the project. Additionally, the project incorporates an 11-storey office space, catering to the corporate and business needs of the area.

Furthermore, the building boasts a modern luxury 5-storey shopping mall, enhancing the project’s appeal as a commercial and retail hub. This component not only adds vibrancy to the development but also serves as a focal point for diverse retail and leisure experiences.
