Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd provided full management and design services for this 45,000 sq.m factory that accommodates Caterpillars new Asian medium track type tractor manufacturing facility located in the Hemaraj Industrial Estate Rayong, Thailand. Our services included Lead Project Consultant, Civil, and Structural, Mechanical, Electrical engineering design, Project Management, Construction Management and full time site construction supervision.

This project was designed and constructed following the requirements of FM Global.
