The project encompasses a gross floor area of 110,000 M2 and includes a multi-level car park, retail and F&B facilities. The building was LEED for Core & Shell Gold Certified in October 2014.

Meinhardt engineered a comprehensive waste water treatment system which treats and recycles black water to grey water standards, which is used for irrigation and flushing toilets / urinals.
