This month, we highlight Mr. Mark Bennett, who serves as the Director at Meinhardt Smart Build Tech Ltd. (MSBT).

Experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, spanning over 25 years, in diverse roles across multiple sectors. With significant management experience in large-scale PFI/PPP projects within the healthcare and education sectors.

Served as the Global Head of Technical for a multinational FM company’s Engineering Centre of Excellence providing guidance in the safe delivery of the engineering aspects of FM and overseeing and optimizing technical operations on a global scale.

With a predominantly engineering background, other areas of expertise including Asset Management, Asset Life Cycle, FM technologies, CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), statutory compliance, and operational FM service delivery.
