Sathapana Tower offers Grade A office space for lease in Phnom Penh, strategically located on Norodom Boulevard in the Daun Penh district. As the headquarters of Sathapana Bank, the tower contributes to the growing cluster of financial institutions within the city’s central business district (CBD), often referred to as the “banking belt.” The building comprises 19 floors of premium office space, each offering approximately 933 square meters. Tenants benefit from six elevators, raised flooring, and centralized air conditioning.

Recognized as one of the few Grade A office buildings currently available in Cambodia, Sathapana Tower stands out as a premier commercial development. It was designed by Aedas, a globally acclaimed architectural firm, and is being constructed by Lotte Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (Lotte E&C) of South Korea. The tower reflects Sathapana Bank’s dedication to playing a central role in Cambodia’s banking sector, supporting the country’s economic development, and empowering local entrepreneurs.

Meinhardt has been instrumental in the tower’s development, providing comprehensive civil & structural (C&S) as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services. The firm continues to support the project through the ongoing construction phase.
