The development features a 23-storey condominium building on a land plot of 6,566 m2. It will be built of a precast system. The building structures were designed to withstand an expected large earthquake and detailed for higher ductility under cyclic loadings.
Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. undertook the structural design and Revit modelling of this building and a comprehensive study of precast connection joints which subsequently benefits Pruksa’s future developments.
