Bumrungrad Soi 1/1 BI Annex

This project is the construction of a new building on a brownfield site at Sukhumvit Soi 1/1. It is a recommencement of the project that MTL was awarded in 2016, and then stopped in 2018 after the BMA documentation had been prepared. The new project will have some changes from the original, including a single level basement instead of double level basement; the removal of the previously planned cyclotron and CT scan machines; and the connecting bridge to BIH will now be 1 floor higher than previously planned so that it connects to BIH L2.

The building is now planned as follows:

• GF entrance & lobby and driveway through to Sukhumvit Soi 1
• B1 & L2 – L6 Horizon complementary cancer center
• Link Bridge to main hospital building
• Rooftop photovoltaic (solar) system
