This project, which has a planned GFA of 2,725 sq.m, is a BMW Bangkok office located on Level 17 of Tower 3 within the prestigious One Bangkok development.

A core requirement for the project design is compliance with both LEED and WELL standards. While the project is committed to integrating the principles of sustainable building and occupant well-being established by these certification systems, it is not pursuing formal certification.

Meinhardt Thailand served as the engineering consultant, providing comprehensive Civil & Structural (C&S) design to ensure the building’s integrity, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design to manage all essential building systems.
