This project has a planned GFA of 2,725 m2 which are in One Bangkok. There are 2 offices (SF and NSC) on the same floor on level 17 of Tower 3. The project design should be complied with LEED and WELL but not applying. Meinhardt Thailand provided Civil & Structural and MEP engineering design to the project.
