This project comprises an existing warehouse building that will be converted to ‘Agri Plant’ production facility. The original design was a warehouse; therefore, resubmission will be required, and the building will need to be redesigned / modified. The engineering design has been partially completed by the clients in house team.

The main building (which is already built) has dimensions of 50×180 m2 and 11.5m high, and is located at Khao Yai, Petchaburi province, Thailand. This converted building will be divided into 3 parts being: front part (25m) as office, second part (45m), and third part (110m).

Meinhardt’s scope shall include revising the design and completing design, resubmission documentation, Project Management, and Construction Management.
