Meinhardt is providing Civil & Structural, MEP Lighting, Traffic, LEED, BIM design for this new project which has a planned GFA of approximately 15,792 m2, comprising of 18 storeys with 2 basement. It is located on Karbaye Road in Yangon, Myanmar. The building shall be used as an Office Building and will be the first LEED certified new construction project in Myanmar.
