PACE Development has now commenced construction of its latest luxury residential development ‘YLP Residence on Naradhiwas Road’.

PACE Development’s management team together with Dr. Praween Chusilp, Associate Director as a representative to Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. joined the celebration for Ground Breaking Ceremony of YLP Residence on Naradhiwas Road on August 8th.

The development features a luxury condominium building in which Meinhardt provides Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering design services with Building Information Modelling (BIM) for the project.
