Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive a project from beginning to completion. Initiation, through construction to as-built.  
• Lead and co-ordinate a team (Internal and external) for major projects.  
• Production of 3D structural models, builders works schedules and associates drawings;  
• Check design drawings to ensure compliance, data quality and accuracy of designs produced by subordinate staff; 
• Adherence to company manuals and processes;  Quality control of deliverables. 
• Assist in development of BIM system/standard drawings/training etc. 

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, major in Structural fields or any related fields. 
• 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years BIM/drawing production and content creation experience.  
• Hands-on experience in BIM/Navisworks/BIM360 or similar co-ordination, CDE tools.
