Meinhardt are providing full civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical design including construction supervision for civil and structure.

The project is a 35-storey and has a planned GFA of 69,000 m2 in a site area of 7,000 m2 and comprises of 259 Condominium units, reception, club, pool and back of house area.
