This project is located on a 5 Rai 1 Ngan 10 Wah² site Khlong San adjacent to Chaopraya river. Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. provides services includes checking / validating existing pile capacity from the info supplied by the client – which includes pile load test, soils data and as-built piling layouts.

It is expected that additional piling / foundation strengthening works will be required to account for current (more stringent) structural code requirements for wind and seismic loadings.

Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd. has the capability to deliver fully designed, engineered, coordinated and documented BIM models for C&S, M&E or C&S/ M&E combined.
