This project is elementary buildings of the NIST International School. The two buildings consist of the following:

Elementary 1 Building

• Parking area = 1,200 sqm.
• Academic area = 8,490 sq.m.
• 6 stories above ground
• One basement car parking.
• Classroom from ground to fifth level.
• Building height +22.00 meters

Elementary 2 Building

• 6 stories above ground.
• One basement car parking.
• Classroom from ground to fifth level.
• Garden at roof.
• Building height not more than +22.00 meters.

Meinhardt has provided Civil & Structural engineering design services while IT works will be designed by NIST.
