Originally completed in 1998 as the MiCasa Hotel Apartments, this well know property in Yankin Township of Yangon has undergone a complete transformation and has been rebranded as the “Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye” managed by AccorHotels. Opened on 16th February 2018, it comprises 183 newly upgraded rooms/service residences and offers new modern range of facilities and guest amenities.

The overall project also includes new restaurant, ballroom, meeting rooms and fully serviced office upgrades.

Meinhardt Myanmar together with Meinhardt Thailand have provided C&S and MEP engineering design services, and engineering site supervision to the project.
